turtle walk

There are times that crave the past
The hearts are brave at last
The words have done their deed
On memories they often feed

The birth of a new born man
On this brilliant unthinkable land
The heart wouldn't pound for lust
All thoughts would go in dust

But this heart is just too brave
On love it often prevails
But now it's just a book
It all complicates a look

In love we'd solemnly bathe
But now it's just blind faith
I listen to every sound
And all emotions to which we're bound

We shall believe what is true
And all that we've gone through
But now it's just a phase
It would never ever be that craze

I'm running and running a lot
Just to give it another shot
And now I'm slowing down
Coz trust is just a crown

A crown for those dumb sheep
Who'd go for that blind leap
I'm scared and lost alone
I wish that smile had shone

I wish that smile had shone...
